Thor's AP in OBD is ranked as City level, potentially as high as planet level (Broke through the Bifrost Bridge which constantly channels energy capable of busting planets)
All he does is to crack the glass of it to open. The energy came from the bridge itself, not Thor's. It is still a durability feat for Thor and Loki since they tanked it which yielded MCB results. But the correct thing is that he's City level for destroying Sokovia himself.
