Uraraka accidentally fell to the underground and accidentally bumps into Papyrus. This time Papyrus attempts to commit child murder to join the royal guard.

It's just a battle of Uraraka trying to touch the guy, and I don't know much about the other kid so I'll say im neutral
 
Don’t think she’s dodging a danmaku of bones that come all around u and attack ur very soul. She’s not that acrobatic
 
It doesn’t say she can float that high on her profile- nor she will be willing to, hell she might even touch to make the bones to make them float and not attack her only for her soul to get destroyed.
 
Yeah, I'm not really sure what Uraraka can do. She has the win con of if she touches Papyrus, but touching Papyrus is its own hassle in itself.

Then is this just a spite match? Uraraka has no way of attacking, she cant avoid the bones, they dura neg, she cant use her powers as it gets negged. There's literally nothing, this isnt fair
 
She does have a win con, she just lacks the physical ability to dodge said bones. She has a counter to said bones, but paps has a counter to that as well. This is far from what's actually stomp. Papyrus just wins.

How the hell do you dodge an omnidirectional attack? How does she counter the bones? She cant that ability gets negged. It's literally a stomp. If she has no situation where you can argue she wins then its a stomp.

She could dodge the bones and touch Papyrus, then she'd win.

There, a situation where she wins. It's just a very, very, very unlikely one. Stomps is no win condition, a large gap in AP or Speed (Speed is equalized, and Uravity is stronger)

This is NOT a stomp, you're saying that because the character you like is losing.

How does she win? His bones attack can literally traveling from all sides she cant dodge it. How in any way does she win? She cant dodge the bones, she cant use her quirk, she has no ranged attacks, the bones dura negs and im sure theres a lot more

Messaged a staff member on Discord to ask about this and he said that if a character has one win con and that single win con can be countered, it's a stomp

If the bones didnt dura neg then he could wear her down, her only ability is getting countered and she gets spammed by an omidreictional attack that one shots her. How is that not a stomp.
a staff said this is a stomp so further discussion isnt a necessity. You still claim she was a wincon, please provide said condition

Papyrus wouldn't be able to hurt Uraraka if he didn't have dura neg. Also it's not omnidirectional, it comes from two directions, not either (meaning of Omni)
