I found a couple of Blue Marvel scans on reddit where he gives Carol Danvers enough energy to go into her binary form.

Well Blue Marvel is an anti-matter generator and reactor and thus has access to a lot of energy. What would you want to change, if I may ask? A change in Blue Marvel's stats?

I figured it might say something about just how much energy output he is capable of in regards to attack potency. And since Binary form is at Tier 4-B I thought he might be as well. If for some reason it doesn't quite work that way than I understand.

I thought so but I wanted to make sure. We probably have to establish a baseline of how much energy does she need to go Binary. I myself don't know enough to say or make the calculations. While it would seem simple she also said she returns it with interest. We need to know what she means by the statement. Does she amplify the energye she absorbs or does she simply mean she uses the energy to dish out more damage?

If we can get those answers, I think we can create a baseline of how much she needs. That may impact Captain's Marvel page but I don't know about Blue Marvel's. He doesn't seem like he's going full out. However, if the base Danvers needs to go Binary eclispes Blue Marvel's suggested output, I'd say you'd have case for possibly getting his stats changes.
