I’d say Velma wins because she’s smarter and has better wrestling skills. (Made it to the finals)

(James is somewhat knowledgeable but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s very skilled)

I will say that making the final of a high-school wrestling competition isn’t insanely impressive, and James is, while a laughing stock in the WWE, still a respectable wrestler at local level (he does wrestle for a living, after all.)

Not to mention No Chin Music should do a number on Velma if not end her outright
