Shouldn't there be a key for The World Destroyer?

The World Destroyer

Neutral about this, well only my opinion, at least.
Because personally, I think that adding The World Destroyer key is fine but it'll still be High 8-C, for defeating Sonia, Fuyuhiko and Peko in a fight while he is emptyhanded, meanwhile they have weapons like rocket launcher, revolver or a sword. The only difference is he can shoot invisible projectiles that are instant with only his hands, well I didn't see his aim miss so far.
However, the key for AI Junko Enoshima should be lowered, she was never displayed to have an AP of High 6-C worthy, she got control of NWP because of Izuru Kamukura, that would mean Izuru Kamukura can get High 6-C and it sounds wrong.
I asked Xanxuss' opinions about it and he's likely not sure about the World Destroyer issue and he's also agreeing that Junko Enoshima's AP should be lowered/removed for the High 6-C, maybe a change could be fine but this is a little derailing.
So, he said that it could be the work of "hacking" as well, so he's unsure. However, I put the feats because the talents still remain there and is translated to the virtual world perfectly.
