By ramming into the opponent more specifically. Even then, it's easy to just snipe the thing from a distance
 
Exactly. It means that it has no projectiles and that Scrooge can use his few projectiles to attack the thing from a distance much like how the Terrarian beats the thing, except far easier.
 
Kevin gets blitzed Unequalized and loses to Sephiroth (probably) equalized.

@PR "Range: Standard melee range. Higher with several weapons." And many of these weapons being guns.
 
Okay with High 6C recieving some new candidates I feel it's necessary to change.

Devimon for High 6C Unequal and Grimmo Equalized.
 
Unknown is way too vast of a tier to place any strongest. Because then we'd have to deal with stuff like Tru'nembra

The emperor erases and titan titan is too fast but if he is caught he just regenerates from one of his six other selves from different planes of reality

The emperor erases on a high 1-B scale so yes he erases

Elder titan is more ridiculously hard to kill than dark schneider as you have to kill him on seven different layers of reality simultaneously in order to kill him

It does not tell me how it will survive being absorbed have his power canceled and be continually erased
 
Because he can literally just show up from another layer of reality, he'll with infinite speed a black hole won't even hold him and he can just transmute phantom into a rock

Phantom is a black hole the size of the solar system, plus it PNull all the surface of the black hole so transmut will not work
 
The problem is that it can not approach, otherwise it is Pnull, Swallow and erase , during this time, DP creates avatar to attack BFR ect ...
 
I'm not talking about the Null of a black hole, but of its own power that cancels out any kind of energy or power
