The strongest character for every tier part 10

What's with all the dethroning today? In 2-B Arceus got dethroned. Rimuru pretty much takes 6-A now that Reinhard is gone. Hexus might be losing 9-B. And now even High 6-A is getting a new champion.

Karthus needs to sing or use his modified Requiem to activate Broadway Force. He won't get that chance against a being capable of dominating entire races by thinking.

Once again, he won't get the chance. Amon's powerset is too strong in-character for someone who doesn't resist his level of mind manip to beat (which is like almost no one except for the Nerazim Protoss... and Jim Raynor but he is a protagonist so he gets it by default :p).
 
Isn't AoC going to get upgraded soon anyway? Since it's supposed to be superior to False Madoka who is stronger than Kriemhild Gretchen who is going to become 5-B.
 
Oh right and Rimuru has already defeated Satou. So Rimuru Tempest should be the strongest 6-A now. Also HA Dio is now 8-B so he should also be moved.

Yeah Amon in his hybrid form isn't fast enough. Equal tho Amon takes him.
 
Sure i guess, unless he has some passive ability which works on the scale on the entirety of humanity, he is sort of screwed though.

And whatever he throws at yuichi either won't work or won't work a second time due to his plot manipulation.
 
His plot manipulation is passive though, lucy meets yuichi, yuichi's worldview and hers fuse, with yuichi's absorbing hers, and his worldview is basically "i win", so....
 
AoC isn't Low 5-B anymore, so the strongest for that tier is up to debate. Inclined to say Amon with equal tho
