Oh also now that HA Dio is gone from High 8-C a Dark Area Child/Rookie Lvl Digimon can take the crown for Speed Unequalized.

EDIT: Actually wait never mind it's SCP-682 I don't think they stand a chance even with Speed Unequal.
 
I'm confused.

The Outsider I'm gonna assume is 3-D High 3-A or else he wouldn't have his fight against Wukong added.

So why aren't the 4-D High 3-A's taking the Outsider's spot? Or atleast list Outsider as the strongest 3-D High 3-A. Or is he capable of fighting both?
 
Helios stomps kenshiro, unless there is someone else is haxier that we are missing he should probably take 6-B, speed equalized.
 
And then he comes back from his type 8 being reliant on someone above High 2As by an unknown degree
 
Type 8 immortality of such a degree is banned by default in vs matches anyway.

Plus not sure which character is High 2-A, the character who he is reliant at is rated as unknown.
 
But not in this strongest since it also accounts for anything usually banned by matchup

Second you on that rating though.

It being banned means nothing, we're counting strongest for each tier not in matchups.

@Gargoyle The profile is only rated as unknown, not above to an unknown degree, unless i am missing something, regardless he is undoubtedly weaker than helios, and can't do anything to him, only that he can't die, helios also has empathetic manipulation so he probably can control his emotions or something, don't exactly need to kill him.
 
I honestly dunno if Helios showed such thing...but eh i didn't play Silverio (for now) so i can't comment on it
 
The TES is eventually going to be revised by Matt. I need to update Dagoth's page too, he's missing a few abilites. His type 8 is reliant on Lorkhan's heart, who was 2-A before the uknown rating. Even if said person were be able to find the heart, they'll need very specific equipment to destroy it.
 
It's on his profile, so i assume he can, regardless he has a ton of resistance to stuff like concept manipulation, time manipulation, mind manipulation etc, and also has reactive evolution i don't see him being beat even if immortality comes into play.
