I'd rather wait on admin approval on that, not just because of yugioh drama but to play devils advocate he only ever used those within the Shadow RPG which to be minimalistic means he could've only affected Yugi and co.

I think Cthulhu (Cthulhu Saves the World) might have a chance for High 5-A instead of Sephiroth.

He also has resistance to Time, Spatial, Plot, Void, Mind, and Soul Manipulation. He's also resistant to Reality Warping.
He's got decent mind manipulation, OHK, void manipulation, resurrection, and dura negation.
Speed Equalized of course, Sephiroth speedblitzes otherwise.
