OK, we can just keep that in mind
Anyway Secondhand due to his lack of ability to interact with the world mostly prefers leaving behind traps for his opponent which become physical once not in-contact with him anymore. As a tinker, he has ingenious ability to create high tech devices but for now with a lack of feats, lets assume just basic every-day piercing weapons, like guns and spears

What's there to even argue, literally nothing on that dude's profile could harm Jotaro, and literally nothing he can do can get past Plat. Even with prep, there's nothing listed that would help. And once Jotaro knows there's traps or whatever, he's just gonna abuse Plat's invulnerability and extremely enhanced senses to pinpoint them all. Let alone the fact a gun or something will never get past Plat.
At that point it's just a matter of waiting for his foe to mangle himself.

Unless I'm missing something, there isn't any thing on his profile that could even damage Jotaro.
And unless he can make MFTL+ guns too, a gun will never hit Jotaro with Plat being a thing, even if by surprise.
So yeah probably.

He has MFTL reactions, not +, and it's just reactions, he can't attack or do anything.
But that still doesn't change the fact a 9-C attack is never going to kill the 9-B Jotaro who also has superhuman stamina.
But still, at that point why even use Jotaro? Plat is kinda what makes Jotaro, Jotaro, take it away and you may as well just use a different JoJo character like human Jonathan or Dio or someone.
