The Snake Princess VS The Legendary Vampire

You know the drill.

Shinobu got fog,shadow manip and weightlessness to counter act everything she has.

She also has TK,that she could whip out from the get go and 1 shot her.
 
What can she do against a danmaku with insta-petrifying properties? Kokorowatari sword seems OP but apparently it wouldn't work against ordinary humans.
 
Well if this is elemental intangibility then CoA Haki just negs it. Same to "hide in shadows" with CoO.

Color of Observation Haki. She can use it on a rudimentary level. This describes rudimentary CoO users:
Haki users in this class are capable of actively using the ability with little issue. They can actively sense the presence and aura of others within their close proximity (typically up to a few hundred meters), infrequently have premonitions of the very brief future, and even sense the feelings and intentions of targeted individuals.
