Is the power required to separate Stygian and the Shadow Powers considered a durability feat?

Yes, but he also tanked a blast from an enhanced set of EoH, Starswirl, and Sunburst if you don't count that. And his durability scales to his AP.

It's just that I don't see why Geode EQG girls should be 5 tiers weaker than with Friendship magic.
 
Correction:

The tree feat didn't involve the geodes.

As shown in Legend of Everfree and the shorts:

Magic of Friendship > 7 Geodes > Pony Mode > Base Magic

Magic of Friendship: 4-C

7 Geodes: 7-C

1 Geode: Unknown

Individual Pony Mode: Scaled to Applejack punching a boulder through the air

Base Magic: Scaled to Pinkie's tree feat, Applejack lifting a bus, and Twilight moving a boulder

Oh, nevermind. I see they've already been changed to Star Level+. But I still wonder, does anyone think there's a possibility The Pony of Shadows is High 4-C? Cause I personally do.
 
Well, there's no defined limit to the EoH, and the border between baseline and max 4-C is only 5.59x, so it's a definite possibility. If the regular EoH is about 2-3x Alicorn level, that would mean it took Starswirl, Starlight, and Twilight (3x Alicorn level), Sunburst (a decently powerful unicorn), and an ENHANCED (emphasis on the enhanced) set of Elements of Harmony (Almost certainly more than 3x alicorn level) to pull out Stygian from the Shadow. And they didn't even really ever damage the Pony of Shadows, just pushed him back into Limbo. So that's pretty much definitely High 4-C. And that's even when you lowball pretty hard.

  • 1: e Gaea Everfree oneshotted someone who was stomping their Pony Up states magic into the ground ...
  • 2: These Pony-Up States are at least comparable to Rarity, whose consistently seen as one of the weakest amongst them offensively at least, who could harm the True Dazzlings. They used these exact same powers in Everfree... Which were stomped by Gaea and they literally said they couldn't do anything to her.
  • 3: Base Magic Sci-Twi is far superior to Rarity in her Magical Pony state... Considering she alone, before Ponying Up was able to cut through her branches , then while Ponied Up stomped Gaea and forced her to release the Stones... Implying she's superior to them by herself. Yeah it's crazy.
.... I don't see anything remotely implying Tier 9 or 7... Especially with the above points hinting they scale to Tier 4... Which was my entire point above.
 
At least Star Level+, likely High 4-C seems more appropriate. The enhanced set of EoH only needs to be 2.59x star level to make The Pony of Shadows High 4-C. In fact, I think even the regular Elements would seal the deal.
 
Okay... That's fair. Remember Starswirl, someone comparable to Celestia couldn't harm them and forced them into exile, while Ponied Up EQG harmed a stronger version.

I need to make a sandbox for these changes.

Can Base Sci-Twi be stronger than the others to an unkown degree, sure. Also, Twilight said just before getting the geodes that she was unleashing the Magic of Friendship?

I was taking to Firestorm... I didn't even realize you posted ahead until now.

Here is the scaling if it makes sense:

Ponied-Up Sci-Twi (Stomped Gaea when releasing enough of her magic)>>Gaea Everfree (Stomped the frick out of the EoH and was considered unbeatable)>>EoH (Rainbow Rocks ; 7-8x Rarity due to.... well... Having 7 elements due to Sunset) >>> Rarity (Ponied Up; Could harm one of the Dazzlings who are notably superior to their Primes) >=Dazzlings (Rainbow Rocks; Gained some of the Elements powers untop of their own..)>>True Dazzlings (Only defeated by banishing... Similar to PoS and considered unbeatable by Starswirl power wise)>> Starswirl (Comparable to Twilight) = Alicorn Twilight >=< Celestia/Luna


So Sci-Twi is unquantifiably 7x stronger than someone at least > Starsswirl and Celestia
 
Rarity was able to harm the Dazzlings ... It doesn't matter to me if they are equal... They would scale to Tier 4.

Context is saying all Sci-Twi did was utilize Midnight's power in a positive way. She didn't utilize the Magic of Friendship there, and the Ponied Up versions are essentially their Magic of Friendship personified.... The "Ponied Up" is just a nickname that is easier to say... So we shouldn't be treating them as two separate things.
 
The Humane 7 can go pony mode on their own. The Magic of Friendship is exclusively used as a group.
 
... They can still fight the Dazzlings by themselves.. Twilight did it as well as Rarity while in their pony mode without teaming up until the end...I'm saying we don't isolate them by being millions of tmes weaker when they aren't.... At all.

Just wanted to comment, you're acting as if geode magic is equal to EoH magic, but it's not. The Geode magic is just one bit of essence that strayed out of the mirror, while the Magic of Friendship comes from an Element of Harmony's power.
 
@Firestirm your scaling seems okay for the most part.

I'm just going by scaling here. The 7 Geodes together (Gaea) are superior to most variations of the EoH's sans S4 against Tirek. Them apart... Aren't close to any of the EoH's.
