Almighty powers nullified Ichibei’s ink that controls all darkness in the universe in a conceptual level. The author confirmed that Ichibei was able to ink the pages of the manga to hide a name with power behind that name and keep the protagonist from hearing it that at that point in the story. Been able to alter the story and affect the manga pages itself is plot manipulation. Almighty negated that power later on.
