Announcer so far seems to be able win against Ning without any troubles, actually, and as i said he can share a spot with White Queen in 4B.

Yeah to both. Though, by the time Ning gets back after an episode ends, an episode can last up to days, weeks, and even months (And it takes about a month or more for each episode to come out), which means that Announcer would’ve won by BFR/Incapacitation already.
