The One Above All being omniscient

If he was truly omniscient, then why did he say this? "The mystery intrigues me"

Shouldn't that make him Nigh-Omniscient?

Small inconsistencies I guess? I'm not sure if just one statement is enough for a downgrade on his intelligence unless there's greater context behind it when he's more often implied to be all-knowing. The way I see it at least.

TLOI's omniscience was downgraded to nigh-omniscience for a similar reason, so it should be the same here I think.

Also, an omniscient character should be one that knows all. The fact that TOAA said "The mystery intrigues me" makes him look more nigh-omniscient than omniscient.

TOAA also once said that it was difficult to explain something to Peter Parker and that he didn't understand human emotion, and if he was fully omniscient, then he would have no such difficulties and would understand human emotions perfectly fine.
