The Supreme Creator of the "Omniverse," i.e. everything in Marvel Comics, and is immensely greater in power than all other characters combined, as they are all extensions of himself. Has been called "The author of all that is."
Does this include the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Ultimate Universe, Marvel Animated Universe, etc?

Pretty sure all these is just for the comics as we've not seen proof if live-action or the rest are among.

Yes, it is just for the comic book verses. If all of them truly shared the same multiverse there would have to be lots of awkward multiversal events incoherently leaking into the live action stories and the cartoons.
