Peak human reaction speed, and probably says somthing about his grip, which could translate into some form of strength, potentially. That car wasn't moving that fast. Hardly superhuman.
Not sure about the true number but each snowball needs to be thrown at about 70+ km/h to even create that sort of thing since there's no wind to support it. And about 60+ snowball need to be thrown each second.
