Either way, this is a hard one. Zoro has his precog here which will grant Zoro a lot of help. Erza is double the AP here and has can increase it with stronger armors. Erza also has various armors that can truly help her counter said precog, for example Flight Armor and Adamantine Armor will aid and defense and speed, while Clear Heart, Wingblade and Armadura Fairyn will aid a lot here. Asura and Haki for Zoro gives him the leg he needs as well.

Honestly, this is an inconclusive.

Erza has the AP advantage and a wide range of versatility and armors that help her adapt to the various situation to give her an edge.

Zoro has precog, Haki and Asura to help even things out somewhat and keep Erza on her toes.

This fight is more of a, "How the sword user plays their cards and adapts" and I feel both have an equal chance of playing their cards right and adapting enough to win.

Versatility and AP advantage is on Erza's side, but Mosh Head can even things out with preco and Asura which said to multiply his AP. Both are pretty resilient it would be a long long fight. Can't decide who got who first with such even factors from both sides.

Erza is 2x stronger than zoro with her normal set, while her "stronger armors" are strong enough to one shot 25 gigaton characters, so yeah, she does have an AP advantage.
