This profile page is outdated in its current format. It has no scans or references. Also, the justifications from the Durability, Attack Potency, and Speed sections do not match those in the manga.

More importantly, he has no name in the manga.

The summary is either from the Toei Animation continuity or is another Eng Dub fabrication.

It is not worth keeping it for scaling since no one scales to this minor character.

I tried to have it deleted, but the moderators there want to keep this trash profile even though it has problems, as mentioned above.

Suggestions:

Delete that profile or move it to the Toei verse page.

Well, the "No scans" thing isn't as problematic for Street level or less profiles. But he is just a one off punching bag character; not an important character but also fairly harmless. I agree he seems more appropriate for Toei verse page at best however.

If that's the case, moving it to the Toei verse page is a better suggestion.

As far as I can tell, no staff commented to say they wanted to keep it, so I don’t know how you came to this conclusion.

I do agree that the page should be deleted. It doesn’t have any scans or sources and is pretty much pointless. There’s no real benefit to keeping it.

Do we even need this page?
He's a one off character no more important than any other fodder and has no real relevancy.

I'm all in for deletion, he's just too minor of a character to deserve a profile, especially given the scale of the verse he comes from.

If the character no noteworthy feats themselves and isn't necessary for other characters scaling then I'm fine with deleting them.
