Sorry to be blunt, but that's a kinda a bad vote.

The Hydra's Higher D manipulation basically boils down to teleportation, ignoring causality, and buffing his other abilities to "higher" equivalents.

Hydra isn't really strategic, more bestial. It basically would just charge Fate with its favourite tactic of "my mouth just teleported around you"

The Hydra move and partially exists in higher dimensional spaces. What that manifests as is "moves parts of its body along a dimensional axis you can't comprehend, so one moment it's a few miles away, then suddenly it has a mouth around you or a claw swiping at your face".

It can BFR people to the Void by eating them, and it exists on physical, spiritual and magical planes of existence so it can attack on all of them.
