The Boxer Webtoon Discussion Thread

Back to more actual Boxer talk, was there any moments that you guys wanted to happen in Boxer that happened but didn't happen?

Like I said before I definitely wanted more interactions between Jay, Ryu, and Yu. But most of all Yu reacting to the end of their last battle or something. And more Carmen. But alas.

And which fight in your opinion was your favorite? Tbh there's a lot of amazing fights and I feel like I would've said J and the Brothers' one made me tear up at the end, but I think in terms of showing two monsters at their best... Aaron vs Yu was absolutely the Boxer at heart when showing the sheer fear and primal energy of monster vs monster. I would've picked J's match due to the amazing conclusion, but this fight in general just exposed a lot from both Aaron and Yu and had a build up for both of them that's stellar. Also the fight was actually insane and close and badass.

I also would've liked for Yuto to have at least gotten a single hit on Yu by the end of their match. K kept saying that Yuto would get one cause haha funny Accelerated Development bullshit, but Yu just proceeded to stomp, and it was really anti-climactic, since they really hyped up Yuto at the end of the fight.

OH RIGHT. That whole Light thing. Out of everyone he was the only other person aside from J that showed him the light!! Oh man. I was so hyped for that and then there was nothing. As I said that would've been the perfect conclusion and would've shown the true potential of the Light but dangit.

Still it made sense for Yu to go off like that. Still my poor boy got done dirty. Him and Aaron both.

Oh and right Injae/Jay. Don't think anything else happened after that.

I wanted Jay to appear more in the story, actually. I didn't even want him gone. In fact, the author not giving Jay more screentime in the main story and instead shilling it into a side-story is why I think it was handled so poorly. He should've been more important.

Oh yeah that makes sense. Tbh after the J fight I really did think it was gonna go Ryu and then Jay. Would've been perfect as a culmination of everything.

As far as i can remember John from Unordinary can store up to 4 abilities at a time and can swap them up for new ones but never keep them forever. If he could perma copy abilities he would've insta stomped the royals they met in the amusement park.
 
John may be able to store up to 4 abilities but can he store this dick in his mouth.
