He can also Reduce the demage of the attack, so is not a one-shot.

Lets seeee, Cecilus' advantages are: Perception Hax (seeing Zoro in slow-mo, may help with countering Zoro's Iai), Lightning Hax (could cause paralysis perhaps), Afterimage Creation (he can make 100 afterimages (may be countered by BoAT tho?), incredible Instinctive Action, great Anaytical Prediction, Damage Reduction + Attack Reflection (can help counter the ~3x AP gap), experience in fighting a (much) stronger opponent, and the skill to counter incredibly busted info analysis (Theresia's).

Tho even if its true that's only on his swords, Zoro has a two sword style Iai blitz technique he can also use (even tho Cecilus is still a duel wielder, he won't be fast enough to block)
