Toshiro seems to be onfire lately, it's quite ironic since he only uses ice. High 6-A forms are used and speed is equalized. Starts from 20 meters apart.

So like....

What stops Beast from teleporting behind him and squishing him?

Or converting him into neuro electricity off the bat? (Most likely)

Or turning the ground beneath them into not having Gravity and sucking him into a Black Hole?

Or turn into a Black Hole and teleporting behind him?

Does he have a counter any of these?

Can he bypass High Regen with Flash Freeze?
 
It seems like he has no way around his Regen either.

I vote Beast.

Also, I'd like to know how his Power Null works. Since that is an extremely complicated ability that people often wank or take out of context.

Such as people claiming Thor's Power Null works on Doomsday's RE, when it only works on mystic energy.
 
Oh he has Power Null?

If it's decent enough, nulling the abilities of the Beast isn't hard since Conduits have a specific weakness to that.
 
@ Gar & Teen Toshiro's ice can null energy attack and something like a damage reflecting blade. Pretty sure his p.Null is quite potent.
 
I just read it. It seems like it can work. But I'm not sure since The Beast's regen is so high.

Regardless, Beast can just spam teleport to prevent Toshinori from getting a lock on him. It to mention he has WAY more abilities that grant an advantage while Toshi's only hope is Flash-Freezing.

Okay the Beast Ray Field Blasts before he uses it and he hits him then.
 
Exactly, they don't take a thought, and they don't hit instantly.

Also, is that even his leading move? It is for the Beast

His range for his standard abilities is only dozens of meters. The Beast has a superior range adavantage.

He teleports out of his range and snipes with Ray Field Blast.

They starts from 20 meters apart tho.
 
His Ray Field Blast is a literal explosion that can be set right off.

The Beast also destroyed the moon from Earth, so he has a significant range advantage.

@Teen Not my intention to disregard your post but can you find me the clips abput this feat? I tried to find it myself but didn't even know where to look.
 
Can you tell me in what route this feat happened? I heard infamous has two routes.

It happens in both routes.

And it doesn't matter since there is nothing to indicate that the characters are stronger or weaker depending on the route.
 
The feat was shown at the end of the first inFAMOUS, which happens no matter what your Karma is.
 
Wait, Beast's profile say that his range is At least Tens of Kilometers, possibly higher. We don't know how thw beast detroyed the moon so, his range isn't that absurd...Though yes, he still has range advantage.

The question is, how fast the RFB can spreaded out the city?
 
That's ridiculous. I'm not saying that at you, I'm stating as a matter of fact.

Someone "debunked" it because it was out of place for the story. But that doesn't matter as what actually happened > what makes sense for the story. This point can be used to downgrade literally every Superman villain whose goal is to destroy the planet.

His range should be restored to Planetary, as there is no way he could've done besides blasting it from Earth. Otherwise, he would not be Multi-Continent and surviving in space should be added to his profile.

Regardless, it makes no difference.

(Homu, please note that that wasn't for you, I was just saying it, as you seem unfamiliar with the series.)

Dude, that's not his fault.

As I mentioned above, "someone" debunked it because saying it apparently makes no sense for the story.
 
I'm not sure what beast does in character but its a fact for adult toshiro to start with Shikai Hyoketsu off the bat,Just Saying
 
That mentions nothing about 1 second. At 20m apart, Beast is losing his abilities and getting turned into a snowflake.
 
The explosion instantly engulfs the whole city in less than four seconds. Less time than it takes for Toshiro to Flash Freeze.

Beast also teleports out of his range of dozens of meters and snipes him.
 
Does he do that from the very start despite not knowing anything about toshiro?

Pretty sure he's the type to size people up before going all out.

That works 100% on toshiro's advantage since the 4 seconds ice null is something he does from the very start on his adult form.

this effect also extends to Touching Toshiro or Getting Slashed by his sword
 
How so?

Beast does lead off with it in character, and it will engulf the entire battlefield in less time than it takes Toshiro to Flash Freeze.
