Ending the Inevitable: Saitama vs Ichigo Kurosaki

According to Boros, Saitama was nowhere near to be serious, and he still one-shotted him, but Ichigo lacked most of his power as well. Basically, they were both so "nerfed" that we have no idea about their true potential, so I'd go for inconclusive due to not having enough informations about their actual strenght.
