I would rather directly lowball it to 2-B since we threat both "countless" and "endless" in the same way.

Well that's the thing, we can't be 100% sure about that, that's why we need the original scans. Under normal circumstances his tier wouldn't change until the og scans were found and it was proven that he is/isn't 2-A, but im still voting to do the At least 2-B case and then decide on something specific when we are actually sure that it is 2-B or 2-A (leave him inbetween the 2 tiers we currently think he's at).

But since the current scan doesn't outright say "infinite", but rather "endless", which we use fro 2-B, I'd keep the lowball.

2-B is a much safer rating than 2-A imo unless there's an explicit scan stating "infinite".
