Ninja Villages vs UNSC
There is no Toneri, Akatuski, Juubito, Obito, or any character not affiliated with these villages. It is strictly the villages and ninja loyal them lol.
This is also during Tsunade's era. So no Minato for example. No 3rd.
Orochimaru wont even be a part of this either since he's either dead or not affiliated with the Leaf.

Hashirama stomps then. Minato can literally teleport every attack that gets sent flying by opening up a hole in space.

Kabuto and Orochimaru are more or less entirely unaffiliated to the leaf while Danzo isn't, being head of a special ops force inside of it and all. Even if he mostly does things his way behind people's backs.

Without speed equal, the villages destroy pretty hard.
In less than a day the ninja will arrive to the main forces, easily evade and/or slaughter their way through (nearly all weapons that can hurt them would lead to the death of everyone near them, and they would only really be spotted once already in populated areas) and then just hold massive amount of people hostage.
Danzo could brainwash a leader to be their ally by looking at them, and he has the skills to get close enough.
Radiation tends to be deadly due to it breaking DNA, the tailed beasts wouldn't care about it, and would be able to keep their jinchuuriki alive for at least a few hours, which would be far too crippling to anyone they attack.
Genjutsu specialists can brainwash people (though it's pretty noticeable, it can cause a lot of derailing).
Naruto in Tsunade's reign wouldn't be a god tier for the verse at all, and his 2000+ clones could just run at the enemy, disregard 90% of their weaponry, and both slaughter, demoralise, and get useful info on them.
The soldiers or civilians captured as hostages could also give info on most of the arsenal for the UNSC, and once in their territory they could just Google it, there's plenty free WiFi around.
Realistically people would be flabbergasted, demoralised and even betray their nations when faced with people like the ones in the villages, especially if they get news of the tailed beasts. People would not want to be enrolled into military at all, and would try to just leave the union after the first hints of supernatural shenanigans.
In-character people would revolt against invading them pretty fast.

I wouldn't include Itachi, no. He was exiled even as a double agent, he had destroyed his whole clan, and he didn't have any connection with Tsunade about the whole deal unlike with Hiruzen.

The leaf officials knew and Pervy sage if I remember correctly was working with Itachi.
Kakashi bring a Jonin is the reason why he didn't know anything. He didn't have any political power at all. The fact that the leaf officials and Hiruzen gave him the mission of destroying his clan and leaving means he still worked for them behind the shadows like The Foundation which are basically ninjas who aren't even known in the village.

Also this thread makes no sense. This is before pain invasion but all of the other villages are taking part. So we still have ninjas like Killer Bee and Might Guy. Might Guy who can literally bust out the 8th gate any times and solo everyone. Raikage with two arms lol.

You can still have Killer Bee & Might Guy. Might Guy only goes 8th Gate in dire situations like the battle with Madara and without Naruto being Jesus dies in the end.
Killer Bee was done in by Black Flames for really a short time, so nuclear weapons would do a lot more harm.

Also Itachi may have been a double agent but that doesn't mean he would blow his cover so easily. He could have at least in some way shape or form told the Leaf who the leader of the Akatuski was (Pain, or overally "Tobi") before his death but that never happened.

No, Amaterasu did him in because they burn through anything. The stuff even affected 5-C guys as far as I remember. The flame isn't hot, but it's permanent and obviously negates durability to an extent.
A nuke is in no way better then a Bijuudama, except it leaves some atoms and such fly around and break DNA, which Tailed Beast's don't have.
Itachi never met Pain. They communicate from afar with their rings, and he had no way to know who or where pain was. He did, however, help them not die to akatsuki when his squad was involved.
Again, they take a single hostage and they learn everything about nukes and such. There was never an instance where all 4 villages were in danger when he was alive, so him blowing his cover (he really wouldn't need to. Hidan was allowed to go around massacring, there is no reason why he Pain would doubt Itachi not wanting genocide) is not a stretch.
But regardless, even if nukes are somehow deployed before everyone is just taken as hostage or assassinated, the few hundred ninjas that are outside of the villages could just go and kill them still, because a massively hypersonic, tier 7 being is far beyond anything that can be killed in an inhabited area, let alone hundreds.

The Shinobi also speed blitz them. Even fodder shunobi are Hypersonic, and equalizing speed is stupid. Having shinobi move at normal human speed is dumb. Having normal humans move hypersonic is also dumb since then their weapons would be even more useless. So speed should not be equalized.

Why won't radiation matter? Direct exposure to radiation from a nuke that just exploded near you will kill you within seconds at a cellular level, assuming you tank the explosion and the heat. That may not matter to the Beasts but it will matter to the Jinchuurikis whose biological functions will cease very quickly.Ricsi-viragosi said:

Because Tailed Beasts are mass of sentient energy. The beasts would be able to keep the jinchuuriki alive for quiet a bit by virtue of healing and several dozens/hundreds of meters worth of "flesh" in-between them.
The beasts (and most ninja for the matter) are so massively fast that they could just outpace the blast, let alone the radiation, and even a minute for them would be enough to damage the UNSC to the point where no-one left alive would want to have any type of direct fights with the villages.
Because again, people are not a hive-mind willing to sacrifice themselves for no real reason. They would see the hundreds of millions dead, and they would rebel.
