TF2 Weapon Upgrades?

Each of the TF2 characters are able to do significant damage to each other, such as Scout, who has 9-A Durability with weapons such as their Shotguns, which are able to take almost all of the health off of Scout in a single meatshot. This would also scale to weapons such as Heavy's Minigun, which can kill any class in a few seconds.

I propose changing the AP of their melee and ranged weapons to Small Building Level from Street Level.
 
any1? I dont wanna go through changing all of the profiles without some other's input on it.
 
I agree. In the "Meet The Scout" video, The Scout is damaging the Heavy pretty badly with a baseball bat (If I recall) so it should defiantly scale.

I remember someone proposing this in the past but it got derailed into a topic on whether or not BLU Heavy is as durable as RED Heavy (theirs no reason they shouldn't be) and eventually died.

Edit: I met Baseball Bat, not a Baseball.
 
Not sure about using gameplay to scale other characters, but if it's shown in a cutscene or in a comic then I am a okay with it.

It is shown in Meet The Videos, and Soldier was also able to one shot a Demoman with a shotgu in his Meet the Video, Heavy was able to gun down a whole horde of soldiers in Meet the Medic as well, there is probably some other feats but for now those are quite notable imo
 
On a side note, Soldiers feat (which we scale off of) was actually Small Building level+ so if it goes through, keep that in mind.
 
But.... Bazookas are not nuclear based weapon, right?

Shouldn't the result be multiply by 0.4? (Well, that's what DT told me to do)
