When did the Lich use Time Stop? I don't remember him doing that. If he does have that power, and it's in character then he just stops time and breaths. If he doesn't use it in character, the Terrarian resist fear manipulation or at the very least can fight through it because he fought the Wall of Flesh, and he resist possession so he can just blast apart the lich with his guns and summons before they get a chance to do anything of note. I guess count me for inconclusive right now, this depends on the lich's time stop.
