First off, I'm assuming that Gojo killing one instance of the Lich is counted as a wincon, and we are ignoring the Lich's ability to find a host and return. If the Lich is allowed to do that, Gojo cannot win.

And thats assuming Gojo is even capable of winning here. Speed is super unequal, meaning it will be hard to hit a Purple or DE, but even if they did land, the Lich resists Void Manipulation and Mind Manipulation. Without these techniques Gojo has no way of hurting a Large Planet Level opponent.

Infinity isn't even relevant here, since the Lich outclasses Gojo in every sense and has things like Death Manipulation, Fear Manipulation and Mind Manipulation which are all things that don't get stopped by Infinity.

Even if you used adult Gojo and Equalised speed, it would still be a stomp.

Pretty sure that if Gojo can keep the Lich away for a month that still counts as a victory even if the Lich survives afterward
