I'm pretty sure TTGL outhaxes thresh pretty badly. Black holes are pretty inconsequential when you're TTGL's size. Not to mention the fact that TTGL has things like Reality Warping and Probability Manipulation.

And Thresh has intangibility (This extends to his weapons as well) and can manipulate, remove, and absorb souls, as well as empathic manipulation which would be extremely effective of TTGL since he would be able taunt them using the tortured screams of the sould of all of the humans he's killed.

Spiral Power has its limit: The Spiral Nemesis. Also, STTGL is only several hundred times larger than TTGL. Do not toss infinity around, as that is a freaking MASSIVE power jump.
