Edit: ERROR CORRECTED - Previously I had written a distance of " 20988e+6 meters" in the calc. But I had missed a decimal! It was supposed to say " 2.0988e+6 meters" and has now been fixed!
A friend by the name of "Thomas the Hype Engine" calced the speed of Tekken's devil beam and it came out to around 67c (67 times the speed of light)
I'm just going to be copying and pasting his calc. This is NOT mine. (Feat at 1:50 of the linked video)
Tekken 7 - Mishima Saga Chapter 12 Story Mode (1080p 60fps)
The feat is at 1:50 here

Timeframe is when it gets tricky. Plugging that distance into this:

http://i.imgur.com/OFwLJjO.jpg
Ratio of movement between laser and satellite: 2.54910^6
Laser Speed: (2.54910^6)*(7899.9) = 2.0137e10 m/s or 67.17c
Once again, full credit goes to Thomas the Hype Engine

- Panel height: 480 pixels
- Earth's diameter: 12.742 km and 2082 pixels
- Earth bit: 850 pixels and by extension 5,202,065 meters
- 2atan(object_size/(panel_height/tan(70/2))) = 102.2

- and this http://orbitsimulator.com/formulas/vcirc.html
- Gives me about 7.8999 km/s

- 5 floor according to this: http://www.convertunits.com/from/story/to/meters
- 16.5 meters is 100.6 pixels and the beam is 7.07 meters in thickness, making it 1.16 meters in diameter.

- Beam thickness here is about 38.48 pixels
- Initial satellite location: 600 by 267
- Final satellite location: 625 by 256
- Movement: 27.313 pixels or 0.823 meters
