Will again does not imply a timeframe similar examples apply. I can bear a good will towards someone and it doesn’t have an inherent time associated with it. Furthermore, willing something into existence just tells us he created something with his conscious instinct. Again no implications of a timeframe.

It has blue sky iirc which means something is there making light outside of a liveable atmosphere the Ocean is at least low 6-B (Just the Ocean)
Also I looked at the raw i might ask the translation thread but it seems like they created Celestial realm + celestial race and Makai + Demon race やがて soon/shortly
of course after the creation of the world (and their creation of course)

If Chaos power is based of will/Intentions and can create shit off that, "The Single Intention" statement could possibly be used as a Timeframe.

Even if you steelman Makai's postion it still wouldn't grant a timeframe to the feat.
Just because it took a singular action (intent) for all these things to be created from nothingness doesn't mean that action and its following creation was instant. An action can occur but the effects of said action aren't always instant, the action of building a house doesn't mean you instantly build a house after laying down some foundation.
Samething would be applicable in this instance. You have to prove the creation was instant or in a relatively short timeframe, neither Makai or Speedster have done that yet.
But i'm definitely waiting for that one scan Makai was talking about and Arc's translation of it.

I was stunned into silence on how objectively wrong you're about comparing NNT's example with Bleach's example.
Don't try to bring up examples from other verses when.
- You aren't knowledgeable on the other verse you're citing.
- Using it against someone who is quite literally one of the most knowledgeable people of said verse, and is the main calcer of the verse.

The argument for bleach is the canon novel CFYOW in which the Kyogoku is stated to have a natural light source and shown within the movie to have a star
The rayleigh scattering Is used to say that light passes through the atmosphere
Then the assumption Is made about an Earth-Sun system being needed to sustain life while CFYOW quite clearly explain that Kyogoku can hold Life
