The point is that each goddess will have a Speed of Light attack speed, given that all of them should be able to use the Ark laser. maybe this can be added to Physicology?

If this is going to be NLF, then give those attack speed ratings by some characters who have used the Ark laser such as Ludociel, Mael, and SD.

First of all let’s apply this to a few calcs and make a consistent scaling that’s not too far above the current one
