Oh crud this already exists. But nothing has happned to it since april 1st and it hasn't been added.

If Super Shenron can't use the powers he uses when granting wishes, he literally can't do anything, he's never been shown in combat, scales to no one but his own size, and has shown powers in virtually no other ways. If Super Shenron can use said powers, his eyes glow and Omega is erased with no method of resisting.

There really aren't great GT vs Super matches tbh, at least that I can think of off hand.
