a character statement was made about sunnys apetite demon, can this be used for a upgrade to "likely galaxy lvl" or at least "likely multi star system lvl"?

this char is also someone who can be trusted in his words since he lived for millions of years and mosstlikely even saw the appetite demons full power :I

or will we wait until actual feats or the word of god confirms what he said?

Ruling over a galaxy doesnt mean galaxy level in fact so far the most we have seen is statements of life/destroying wiping many planets galaxy level isnt even on the radar yet but it might happen eventually who knows.

I think all 4 heavenly kings and starjun should be upgraded to regular 5B right away with Appetitle Demon. Large planet level can come later on
