Last vs thread of the day. The legendary pokemon or the leader of Baroque Works? Who takes it? They're in the same tier of AP and speed so...good debating.

Crocodile has a flight advantage, and while he is weak to liquid based attacks, he can also absorb water to some extent. That's not getting into the fact that he has a damn good amount of techniques. Don't be surprised if he just spams sand from above. Crocodile takes this mid-high diff
