Scale a character to another that has been around it, even if that would be very inconsistent; crossovers may also be used for this thread. You can also make "scaling chains" to make the results even better.

Examples:

- 4-B Winnie Pooh via being comparable to Sora, who can summon Genie

- Low 2-C Olimar via being capable of beating up Master Hand

- 2-C Shrek via being higher than Puss in Boots, who can cancel 2-C reality warping with his sheer will (I can´t find the feat anywhere but Netflix)

- 1-A Sonic via being comparable to Ryu in Smash, who can keep up with all of the main cast in Marvel, which are at least comparable to someone that can beat up a 1-A

4-A base Knuckles for being able to punch Classic Sonic out of his super form.

Low 2-C Shacktron for hurting restricted Bill Cipher.
 
Tier 0 Ness because he views things as Fiction, such as teasing us Mother 3 (which is referred as Earthbound 2) and also slightly damaged Giygas which it takes something like "The One Above All" to eventually defeat him.
 
Sweet tooth killed Calypso two times already. So that means Sweet tooth should be 5-A. He also stole Calypso Reality warping Ring in Twisted Metal 4 (Almost like Emperor Joker in a way OvO) and threw him off a building and became KING of Twisted Metal.

Would he be 4-B? I don't remember Goku using more than SSJ1 against Luffy and Toriko.

I think he would be High 4-C with base and Gear Second (Held his own against Base Goku when working with Toriko), At least High-4-C with Gear Third (Goku went Super Saoyan in response), and Unknown with Gear Fourth (because the writers didn't know it existed).
 
The Vex can comprehend and simulate infinite dimensional space. Even a mere material projection of the true form of Oryx no sold the capabilities of their entire race and was totally incomprehensible to them. This, among other things, clearly makes Oryx, the Taken King 1-A.

Even though Super Ribrianne can barely be compared to Base Goku and Vegeta, hell the Androids, Enraged Ribrianne destroyed Android 17's shield with a single punch. So, that either means Enraged Ribrianne has high-universal levels of strength (in comparison to Super Ribrianne's around large star level strength or whatever) or could destroy a weaker version of his shield (which was being used to counter attacks from Rozie) before Android 17 could react and strengthen the shield, putting her movement speed over the reaction speed of both Android 17 and Super Saiyan Blue Goku (and in scaling, Jiren, Golden Frieza, and more).

Neither of these are possible for Ribrianne
