Yeah, I vote for Luffy via the reasons above, and besides Eustace can damage Luffy since his weapons consist of an oversized mallet, baseball bat, shotgun, Ooga Booga mask, newspaper roll, his truck, and his hat; none of which that can harm Luffy via being made out of rubber and there is no way the farmer is gonna scare Luffy with his mask.

Luffy isn't too far away from Eustace's durability. He no-sells 516 Tons with punches while Eustace is 807 Tons. It's not even 2x and Luffy is above that. Durability doesn't matter tho. I can punch you and knock you down even if you're unfazed by the punch.
