Strongests multimedia characters

Isn't Ichiban Ushiro no Daimao the only verse in this entire site to have High 1-As without a 0? Just go to the Tier 0 category and click on the verse pages.

Let's go down the list shall we?

Novel Kars has 8 Stands. The only other character with more than just one is DIO, and it's literally a shittier version of Hermit Purple.

Each of those 8 Stands are in thier Ultimate form, meaning they have the same potential power as a Stand like GER.

Kars got those Stands simply by looking and understanding them.

Kars can copy abilities that are not limited to Stands such as Dune, which is a bound.

Kars is literally Low 2-C from physically busting a universe and not just because his stand has some sort of power that affects busting a universe. (Case in point: Made in Heaven)

His version of The World can stop the time of characters that can stop the time of characters whom have infinite speed, whom should by right should be resistant to time stop. (Kars' The World Ultimate > DIO's The World Ultimate > Giorno's GER)

Kars is resistant to fate manipulation from a higher dimensional God known as Beyond, whom transcends the JoJo multiverse.

Kars can exist as just a soul.

Kars can use Bites the Dust on himself with no ill effects.

Need I say more?
 
Also I'm pretty sure Azzy from Demonbane is from a visual novel.
