10-A Death Note reminds me: In the last thread it was voted, that verses with modern technology have the option to restrict the use of the regular human army, so that they can participate in less than nuclear weapon tier, if they don't actually make use of the regular human army as fighting force in the series.

I'm just going to throw in that the Axiom shouldn't even have a profile for the same reason God (Digimon) and Akasha had their files removed. Most "Great Will" shenanigans turned out to be YHVH and the Axiom as fully explored in SMT IV Apocalypse is basically featless.

In resume, SMT should be treated as a 1-C verse as its peak.
