That doesn't matter, the redrawn chapters are completely removed from the canon because they aren't printed. The people who read through volumes (or anime onlies for that matter) would have no clue what a redraw is.
I know that it is a running gag in the series but it is honestly kind of annoying that Fubuki is ranked higher than Saitama despite becoming an A-class hero later than him. Amai Mask is basically kicked out of the association though so it is possible that Saitama is rank 4 right behind disciples.
