I am trying to suppress might hype because I really don't want to be disappointed.

But I really, really want to see what happens with Blast's plan once Void is in hyperspace.

And last time we were introduced to all these parallel branching possibilities. I wonder if they will be relevant here and how they'll be used. Kinda weird to just introduce a multiverse in the fight as part of a guys technique and then do nothing with that concept right? Idk.

This chapter has so much potential to be crazy...

All this just for it to be a 10 page Saitama&Manako chapter.

Void should have some form of cosmic awareness since he was able to locate Blast at the HA from hyperspace. Likely just seen it in the bubbles.

Void summons all his parallel selves as his cloning technique would be dope asf

Can we calculate the size of the city using images from the anime? Because the anime shows the city's boundaries and may update the calculations for Boros's bullets and meteorite falls.

The overwhelming majority of people in this r/OnePunchMan comment thread still think that Darkshine was stronger than Garou during their fight and he only lost due to losing confidence. I swear, Darkshine fanboys are some of the most braindead individuals in the fandom. Darkshine was literally coughing up blood and had a nosebleed, and they're saying Darkshine was still stronger and took zero damage. At the end of the fight, Darkshine's strongest attacks weren't doing anything to Garou, while Garou was knocking Darkshine back with single punches/kicks. I even saw someone say that Darkshine technically won the fight because "Garou succumbed to his injuries while Darkshine took zero damage." Tf are people smoking? Garou collapsed because he was monsterizing, not because of his nonexistent injuries. And Darkshine was very much injured.

It was not just a confidence thing. At some point in the fight, Garou straight up became stronger than Darkshine, period.

Imagine Void looks at Saitama with his ability and sees himself getting punched in every bubble lol
This is some Terra 3 shit. I might get butchered for this opinion, but I don't want the canon manga to follow in the footsteps of Terra 3. The formula is, bad guy has crazy cosmic powers and does literally anything to kill Saitama (like manipulating higher dimensions and shit) and Saitama just nopes it all with zero effort because of "toonforce." That's insanely boring to me. I really liked that Saitama had to actually struggle a bit to beat Cosmic Garou while maintaining his composure. He didn't just use toonforce. He just beat the shit out of Garou by getting stronger and stronger. Of course he did do some crazy shit like grabbing portals and stuff, but I definitely don't want it to get as wacky as Terra 3.

And Darkshine was very much injured.

While Darkshine was injured, it was very minimal. When they were up on the surface, Darkshine looked effectively unharmed after the exchange and could continue fighting against the cadres in peak condition.

I would argue that that's just Murata's (or ONE's) inconsistency. It's actually a pretty common trope in shonen manga. In shonen manga, a character will get the shit beaten out of them, and then be fine moments later. An example is Atomic Samurai. He had the CRAP beaten out of him by Black S, but then looked perfectly fine after he got to the surface. Tatsumaki took major damage in her initial fight against Psykos, yet some panels of her made her look almost unscathed.

It would be weird if Darkshine got to the surface and was limping or something. It's just a lack of continuity. It's an undeniable fact that Darkshine was SPITTING up blood in his fight against Garou. Denying this is just disingenuous

Sure, I agree there's internal damage but even if you look back at the fight itself before Darkshine ended up on the surface, his skin basically took no damage from the hundreds of attacks that Garou landed on him.

Chapter predictions what do y’all think will happen will blast beat the fraud agenda?
It would be very strange if Blast loses here. It still feels like he was JUST introduced, and there's still so much hype and mystery around him. Ain't no way ONE is gonna do him dirty like that.

Fair enough. I'm definitely not saying that he took a lot of damage. But he did take some, yet tons of people say that he took none at all. On a completely separate note, why is the art so bad in that page? Holy crap Murata's art really fell off compared to his art in 2016-2017.

right now with what he’s shown he can’t do anything to void he was heavily relying on his ability of darkness to nullify voids powers but now that void can absorb blast power which left blast speechless things aren’t looking very good for him

I'm hoping that Blast has some more tricks up his sleeves. He seems to have a ton of unique and interesting abilities. But Void's dimensional abilities are also extremely broken. We'll just have to wait and see since the chapter is coming out in a few hours.

He's gonna punch his way into the other dimension, one shot That Man after revealing he was barely trying, and then one shot Saitama before revealing his true name....

One Punch Man. Mr One Punch Man.

Yeah. Sure, Darkshine was definitely stronger

Blast is holding back. I can see dude having some OP techniques and powers potentially on par with Pig God's hidden power.

Similarly, Void also seems to be holding back. If his bird form appears again then what we are seeing is just his base form.

So far, the fight doesn't at all compare to Saitama vs. Garou, though I didn't expect it to be as spectacular to begin with.

The difference is blast literally has nothing to his name the failed to finish centipede garou said he wasn’t worth his time and he most likely won’t beat void and saitama will all he catches are Ls definition of fraud watch or no

For now, Blast is meeting expectations, while Void appears to be falling short of the hype. People are beginning to question whether Void is a fraud, not Blast.
