If you’re gonna ask questions like this, can you at least give reasons to why they should scale?

They both could pierce/damage Garou who is listed as small city level. Spring mustachio could fight alongside Iaian and block attacks from homeless, who Iaian was having a tough time doing. The attacks from HE also harmed both of the fighters with Iaian being listed at city level for his durability.

Thinking about Saitama in the manga vs the webcomic.
Saitama has character flaws, he's aloof, does not take things seriously enough, is not really good at dealing with people, and, while he struggles with things like poverty,lack of power,fame recognition and boredom he has consistently shown he is very hard to corrupt (does not abuse his power or go too far in any situation, even when nobody could stop him.) and has an outsatnding sense of morality. (specially in the side chapters, like the one with the cops and the one where he returns a kid's wallet after the kid tried giving it to him.)
In the webcomic it goes even further, as Saitama is pretty much the absolute hero effectively. He has never struggled with any threat that's not harmless and on top of that is a perfect judge of character, being able to see the well hidden good in Garou when nobody else in his universe could. While he's present you're 100% sure nothing can go irreparably wrong and all good and evil done by those he judges will be repaid correctly. Like Garou correctly said, it's like he's the embodiment of Justice.
In the manga he's pretty much the same, until the Garou arc, where he sees the obvious good within Garou every other hero saw, but also fails to properly correct him, trying to gaslight him into being a hero, ignoring all the obvious issues with treating him like a child without addressing his misdeeds in a way that leads him to notice the flaws in his ideology and the lies he told himself. (Granted, the result would probably be the same even if he did, considering GOD basically cheated his way into messing with Garou.)
After that we learn that Saitama is not invincible physically or mentally, might lose control of his temper and nearly lose his humanity, becoming the very thing he swore to protect humanity against, and that even in a situation where real danger is present there's a chance he might still not take it seriously and fail horribly at being a Saviour. Not only that, but we learn that there's actually a threat out there that's incomparably stronger than the one who actually forced him to try and gave him actual loses (at least before going Time Travel and retconing the entire thing out.)
Realistically, OPM without Saitama would be a survival horror series where humanity is faced with endless crises, natural disasters and unpredictable threats with 0 known solutions that keeps on growing stronger and more violent, until their society turns into ruins and even the mightiest heroes humanity looks up to perish before an even stronger monster than the one of yesterday, wich leads humanity into it's demise and possibly a fate even worse than extinction. In the Manga, Saitama's physical and moral omnipotence are both proven false and a crack has appeared in what was once the indestructible pillar of justice that supported mankind.

He went from sleeping to being awake. When something similar happened against Darkshine, he noted that Garou's muscle coordination got much better.
Also, narrative implication. Though not very impressive when calced, Murata went out of his way to try to showcase Garou's speed by adding a timer and blitzing multiple people who scale relative to Bang's speed value

Honestly, yeah I see it. Both heroes were clearly injuring Garou in the panels, and Garou's way of getting around them was primarily dodging or redirecting their attacks to make sure they missed something important.

I see, but someone mentioned to me that Sleeping Garou was using Awakening Breath which brings the body to it's limits (which implies Garou was using his full body capabilities) and on top of that functions as an stat amp.
But yeah, I think the narrative implications are enough of a justification.

Is this in an updated sandbox key or something? It's not in the weaknesses section of Garou's current profile, nor in the "Hero Hunter" key. Either way, what's the reasoning for that being a weakness to sharp objects specifically? It's not like he himself comments on his vulnerability to sharp objects more than any other attack, it's just kind of a standard attack.

What’s the logic behind this? It’s clear cut. They could overcome his durability, ability to take force. If anything they would downscale his durability. Piercing or not, you’re not damaging someone 92073951.79x more durable than your attack potency.

I would be different if their attacks slightly cut him or something, but they straight up traverse through his muscles and exist through the other side.

their fight probably is gonna be tatsumaki using everything in her arsenal until she starts bleeding due her injuries and retreat herself.
this can happen in 1-2 chapters, theres no reason to Murata to make it a long and boring fight

I dont think you understand what the "X" means in "tatsumaki x saitama". lol. people say "tatsumaki x saitama" when they ship them into a romantic relationship. saitama vs tatsumaki is what you should be sayingsomething is telling me that we are getting tatsumaki x saitama sooner than what expected, with some crazy haxs for tatsumaki and op resistances for saitama.
