Well no name punch and Normal Punch are different,Saitama using normal punch because his no name punch can't do much to Boros,while Garou in the other hand lost to Saitama with only no name punch.

Garou's "Extreme Power Attack" (silly name by the way) just expanded the whole planet in a matter of seconds while nearly breaking the dimensional seal around the planet- as COLLATERAL. The attack is an internal damage attack designed to hurt your organs, so the energy that we see isn't even the entirety of the attack- Saitama took a good chunk of it to the chest

I never said that Boros should only scale to his own feats, but something as absurd as destroying Jupiter shouldn’t scale to Boros, especially since this Garou has evolved rapidly since the start of the fight and is vastly more powerful than before

What are you talking about? Saitama didn't use the Serious Punch for taking the boros fight more seriously, he did because Boros was going to destroy the planet's surface.
