Meteoric Burst Boros couldnt handle 1 sec of Saitama's consecutive punches while Garou could tank them all the way up to when they got out of the hole, and even then only some arms were broken. I think it's obvious who is stronger now...

Also, it seems Blast is indeed the leader of the Saints, which is one hell of a good new cuz I was worried they would make him the strongest on Earth but a Intern next to them
