What was the fan comic that gave Garou a random Low 1-A?

Meanwhile on the same wiki we have a Saitama 1-C (8D)

If manga God is 1/100th of that or at least low 1-C i'd be completely satisfied.

Question: Why is DSK Town Level when the calc linked on his profile is City+ at its lowest and Large Mountain at the highest?

Also why does Murata keep making every character cute? Tareo is supposed to be mad ugly, but he just looks like a typical cute anime kid now

I'm glad Murata went with Cosmic Garou instead of staying faithful to the webcomic.
I disagree with this particular opinion. Cosmic Garou only exists because the Monster Garou fight went so badly that they redid the entire ending. Before the redraw Garou was sitting down at a table with Saitama and was probably going to be talked to submission with a goofy non-serious speech.

His design is great, but he exists because the rest of the fight got botched in my view. Having Saitama remind the audience like seven times that Garou is secretly good is also a worse plot beat than the webcomkc version in my view. The entire MA arc suffered from bloat and redraws and directly lead into the awfulness that was the Ninja Arc which took like two years to make two canon chapters because they could never make up their minds about anything.

i heard some people who will love to actually hear that conversation

That is not actually a fact. We really don't know anything about it. I honestly think it was planned.

Maybe, but there was definitely some indecisiveness due to the redraws.
Definitely, there is considerable foreshadowing of Cosmic Garou to have been an unplanned dramatic shift but it's undeniable there was a lot of indecisiveness in how the arc was going to lead to that confrontation which resulted in the sudden redraw.

I always believed that Cosmic Garou was planned from the start. My theory is that Saitama and Garou were going to sit down at that table and have a chat, and Saitama would Talk no Jutsu Garou into becoming a good guy. Right as Garou is about to turn good, God would intervene and turn him bad again. And then the real fight would begin.

But instead, Murata and ONE scrapped that idea and introduced Cosmic Garou without the table chat. Probably because they needed a reason for Saitama to be angry, because Saitama wouldn't be angry if he knew that Garou was being mind controlled.

The Monster Garou fight in the manga was so ridiculously terrible that I refuse to believe that Murata and ONE intended for it to be the final fight, without introducing another element like Cosmic Garou.

Overall, I agree that Murata and ONE should just stick to the damn webcomic in terms of plot. I meant that the webcomic Garou was really bad in terms of design.

He sees the person who bullied him in school, who tries to bully him again after seeing him lose against Saitama, THEN God intervenes*

Are there any good matchups for Peak Monster Garou before he got one-shot into the sky and turned into Cosmic Garou?

Nah, I liked the ending of Cosmic Garou, but mostly because of Saitama.
Saitama gets what he's always wanted... and realizes too late what that entails, which leads him to become serious for the first time. But even with all of that, he doesn't abandon his humanity and forgives Garou, which leads to him being able to save them all.
It's what you'd expect for the end of a series; Saitama's arc is completed, but it also tells us that the ending won't be like that.
My problem is really how they treat Garou afterward, and that Saitama loses all his development.

On a side note, while there are interesting elements in the current version of the ninja arc, it's forgettable. I much preferred it if they'd kept Blast's flashbacks, and I felt bad that they left out Flash thinking Sonic wanted to fight him because he wanted to choose how to die.
