Genos is like High 7-C physically from what we have for him currently. You can maybe make an argument that he's gotten stronger after the whole MA Arc since he has his "I'm gonna pull what Saitama did to me on Saitama" moment but we don't have that on his profile yet.

Most people in my friend group were previously scaling Lightning Core Genos physically between Darkshine and Flashy Flash tiers on pure speculation with notes on his low effort squabble with Flashy before Saitama agreed to train with Flashy.
I never agreed with that, but getting his arm ripped off by a character who's likely at most as strong as Bug God right now is... yikes. It'd be his version of Blast fighting Elder Centipede (if it really is a demon)
