He's multiplying; in the next/last page of the chapter, you can still see Blast in the same stance. So apparently, he can now multiply about half a dozen portals with just one hand and portal.

Flash's new sword is broken, Sonic says move away and uses his Shadows Burial with more than 30 clones. It lacked the shockwave to push away the enemy but he was able to get a sword for Flash from the ladybug guy. Flash says if that's how he survived all this time, which makes Sonic thinking " Should i stab him from the back".
Gun user and Flash makes fun of each other's "True freedom" and calling each other's life miserable.
Then narrative says that none of them understands "True freedom" because of how they lived before and the place etc.
Blast comes saying there is no need to shed blood unnecessarily. Ninjas ask who is he and where did he come from, Flash says Blast and others are surprised. Sonic says "wasn't he supposed to be missing". Blast defeats them easily, Sonic is unsatisfied, saying they would defeat them soon anyway. Flash asks how he find them, Blast says someone with an abnormally sharp sense of smell.

If you're talking about HF and Gale, Flash believes they will be useful for finding a way to turn back humans from being a monster.

That doesn't change Flash's statement either, it isn't also hard to understand and a literal statement in the current chapter. The current sword he was using is not on a level good enough to be a replacement for "Instakill".

This wouldn't mean that "This" current chapter was a debunk to anything. This chapter just shows that the current sword wasn't comparable to Instakill, that's all.
Also that scene is situational and definitely meaningless here.

OPM Phoenix space, Spirit world and Spirits
Phoenix man's phoenix space, it's accepted as a mental plane as far as i know. But it's stated by him that this alternate space's purpose is to meet gods and spirits(霊 which means souls/spirits/ghost etc). Phoenix man also says inside the costume is connected to 異界 which means Spirit World...

Alright, I think I have a theory as to what ONE plans with this arc
Seems like the emotional climax of the arc won't be Blast vs Void but perhaps Flashy, Sonic and the Tenninto finally moving on from the Village and living their own lives freely, very ONE-like it reminds me of MP100.
It's a nice message, I think it can work but it needs a bit of further development (especially for the Tenninto) for me to work out fully but I'd really like it if that's what ONE intends.

The sword breaking in this fight doesn't debunk anything is all i'm saying. It's stated to be no replacement of "Instakill", a statement from Flash the moment he sees the sword was broken, meaning that "Instakill" would handle it.
This chapter didn't give anything that would debunk something like that.

1- the ten ninjas group is much stronger now than what they were used to be before the redraw, Blast was needed to stop them
2- Flashy doesnt seems to be a “powerhouse” anymore, Sonic is just as strong as flashy, currently.
