Yeah a Ninja that has detective skills that requires insane IQ and advanced assassination skills that requires adaptation on every situation. Remember were talking about the leader or founder every other skills that thought in the village are originated from him. Just because you've been spoonfed by the screentime of Garou you're gonna ignore the exposition for Empty Void which is more impressive for someone whose already strong as Blast back then than someone whose just adapting or rookie for busted abilities.

i doubt if even that those ******* dimensional slashs would work on garou once he adapts to it

just to remember, base cosmic fear garou had speed enough to enter in saitama mode before saitama’s punch was able to reach him

so i dont really think that void’s speed would be a trouble to garou in any point of this battle.

Void's moveset is precisely the same as before absorbing Garou's powers. Run away to the higher dimension, spam sword attacks, illusions.
