It seems that Blue will be introduced and then we will resume into Blast vs Empty Void.
Chapter itself seems fine but there are just extra expectations that came with the hiatus that aren't being met.
Seems like the plan was:
Blast vs EV begins -> 2-3 chapters of downtime with the Neo Leaders introduction and at the end introduce Blue -> Resume into Blast vs EV
The added wait of the arc redraw and the hiatus wasn't factored
